Pilot Whale Washes Up On Popham Beach, Drawing Crowd

An adult pilot whale washed up on Popham Beach in Phippsburg, Maine in
July of 2014. A necropsy will be performed by Marine Mammals of Maine on the carcass to determine how it died before washing up Tuesday night on one of the state’s most heavily trafficked state parks. For the full text, see the following link to the Portland Press Herald article.
